Incoming & outgoing mobility

Every year, UNITEID welcomes international Master's and PhD students. It offers incoming mobility grants covering travel, tuition fees, a living allowance and the Toul'Box scheme to help students settle in Toulouse.It also awards outgoing mobility grants to its students to support field placements devoted to the study of MIEs during the Master 2 and/or PhD programs.
For students outside France

Incoming international mobility

EUR UNITEID offers incoming mobility grants to first-time international students, to help cover accommodation and personal expenses during their Master's studies.

To qualify for an incoming mobility grant, students must : 

  • Have been admitted to one of the Master's courses to which the UNITEID University Diploma - Emerging Infectious Diseases is attached; ;
  • Commit to enrolling in the UNITEID - Emerging Infectious Diseases University Diploma at the start of the academic year; ;
  • Reside abroad or in French overseas departments and regions at the time of application, and have not been enrolled at the University of Toulouse during the previous academic year.
  • Master 1: €900 per month for 10 months (from September to June), plus 3 months of internship bonuses (€672/month).
  • Master 2: €800 per month for 10 months (from September to June), plus internship bonuses for 5 months (€672/month). 
  • A return air ticket, as well as registration fees at the University of Toulouse and the Toul’ Box are also supported.

Outgoing international mobility

EUR UNITEID offers outgoing mobility grants to its Master's and PhD students, enabling them to carry out an internship abroad, for a period of five months in the Master 2 program and six months in the PhD program. A return air ticket is also financed.

Outgoing mobility grants vary according to the country of destination, and the level of study (Master 2 or PhD). These grants are intended to cover internship bonuses, accommodation and personal expenses for students on site. They can be combined with Erasmus + grants.

At least three months before their departure, Master 2 and PhD students must submit a brief description of their internship topic to EUR UNITEID, and present a signed attestation from the host laboratory, specifying:

- The name and contact details of the host laboratory; ;

  • Name and contact details of internship supervisor ;
  • The subject of the course; ;
  • Course dates.
