The first edition of UNITEID's interdisciplinary «One Health» Summer School will be held from August 24 to 28, 2026 in Toulouse, on the theme of emerging vector-borne and zoonotic infectious diseases. Applications will be accepted until May 31.
Theme: Infections and insect vectors

- Professor Xavier de Lamballerie, Director of the Emerging Viruses Unit, Aix-Marseille University, coordinator of the arbo-France network, member of the Comité de veille et d'anticipation des risques sanitaires (COVARS), arbovirus specialist (yellow fever, dengue, chikungunya, Zika, West Nile virus, Japanese encephalitis, tick-borne encephalitis).
- Raphaëlle Metras, Inserm researcher in the epidemiology of zoonotic infectious diseases, Institut Pierre Louis d'Epidémiologie et de Santé Publique, Paris

Practical information
Lectures will be given in English. Workshops will be held in French or English, depending on participants' language skills.
The Summer School will be held at the Cité Internationale in Toulouse.
Registration fees are paid by EUR UNITEID. Participants are responsible for their own transport to Toulouse and accommodation on site.
